no-pictures: Remove that last note.

I should being afraid of critics because I haven't acknowledged that
there is more pain and suffering in other places of the world. Not
denying that there is, pain and suffering, nonetheless.

I hope that talking about this topic is already a step in the right
direction and I don't need to be extra explicit about it.
