Update gitlab crate to 0.1706 
And discover all the deprecation warnings for Webhooks. That sounds like
we're gonna stop supporting gitlab soon-ish.

Cusku

XMPP bot.

At the moment it only implements Webhooks (gitlab) to MUC, but the goal is to be somewhat of a testbed for xmpp-rs features.

Originally based on tokio-webhook2muc.
